I am a trained therapist and educator with an Associate’s Degree in Mental Health, a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited universities. I provide sessions face to face or by telephone using a short term 3-6 month model that is renewable. It is a client-centred self-actualization approach and goals are decided together with the therapist. I am experienced in working with individuals, couples and groups, substance abuse and hospice and grief counselling. In the case of hospice work, travel to home or hospital may be arranged.
