Hello there my name is Emma and I am a Creative Arts
Counsellor and Therapist. I am based mainly in the Tarn,
France between Gaillac and Albi. I am working both
online by Skype and in person.
Creative Arts Therapy
I am here for you, or for your child, if you need support in
making a life change, if you are finding aspects of your
life overwhelming, or you know that you have damage from the
past that needs addressing. The way I work, talking together
whilst using the Arts, can help people open up. It makes
for a relaxing atmosphere where truths can gently be
revealed and, through work that connects with the
unconscious, be looked at in different ways and healed. This
work is rooted in unconscious process, and many adults,
teens and children are receptive to it as it gives us the
opportunity to use the creative part of the brain, which is
open to the language of metaphor and symbol. It is an
especially effective therapy for people who find plain
talking therapies too direct and confrontational.
Experience
I have extensive experience working in schools,
psychiatric settings and private
hospitals,
and over the past five years, also in private practice. I
work with children and adults on the autistic spectrum,
people going through crisis, couples, families and people
who want to have a deeper understanding of themselves.

Sessions
last a full hour and cost 70 euros. After the initial session,
if it feels the right fit for us both, I ask for a commitment
for a minimum of 8 sessions.
