I specialise in helping adults and teenagers overcome emotional problems and problematic behaviours, including self-harm, eating disorders and addictions. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy are the cornerstones of my clinical practice as both approaches have a wealth of scientific evidence to support their effectiveness. Sessions can be in person or via online video call.

As a certified expert in mental health care and registered psychiatric nurse I have led therapy programmes internationally.  In addition to my clinical practice I also run accredited trainings or psychiatric clinicians in France with my partners at Formation Saint Pierre.
