This exercise is well-known and used
within counselling circles and is very often undertaken within a group with
people who trust each other to a very deep degree. However, it is also a very
powerful exercise when done by yourself and can help you to develop your
self-awareness.
Work through the four sections,
answering carefully and as truthfully as you can. Try to leave the bottom until last as the other three sections will hopefully give you some vital clues!
