therapy and coaching might be a great alternative to in-person
sessions. Giselle Cara has been providing online psychotherapy,
counselling and Integrative coaching. The method has proven to be
very effective for individual, couples and professionals. Individual
phone coaching and therapy is our most popular option because it
provides the most intimate connection with your coach.
The sessions will help to illuminate the current way you have of
approaching this part of your life and how that helps to keep
creating the results that you are currently getting/or not getting.
The sessions will also help you find a new way of approaching your
topic or area of development that will open up new possibilities in
this part of your life.
Most sessions happen on a weekly basis and are 60 to 90 minutes in
duration, unless otherwise negotiated. With phone coaching /
therapy, we schedule our time together in advance and you call me
from wherever you are at the appointed time. You can also call me on
