A little about me and what I offer:
I am a Sophrology practitioner, who is also a professional classical
musician with over 30 years of experience coaching and training
students towards realizing their creative potential. Integration of
the mind, body, and psyche is front and center in my therapeutic
work and music coaching. This integration optimizes our ability to
self-regulate and expand our talents. I provide guidance and train
awareness so my students and clients can become more
self-sufficient. The sessions can be conducted in English, French,
Catalan, Spanish, or Mandarin.
Greatly influenced by the Polyvagal Theory (by Dr. Stephen Porges),
I use it to enrich my practice by discovering personal gateways to
increase feelings of safety to the individuals’ nervous system and
their unique experiences. Once the feelings of safety can be
experienced or improved, only then can we integrate the body to the
psyche. Through guided-meditation customized according to each
person’s own objective, the client is invited to participate in an
induced state of threshold consciousness (gamma wave / similar to
the state of lucid dreaming) in order to fulfil their chosen
objective or goal in our sessions/goal together. This process helps
us access more directly with the psyche and the subconscious,
bypassing judgements and preconceived notions of the mind.

public speaking, competitions, interviews

Kolk’s Trauma Research Foundation. I began my psychological training

Psychology. I offer face-to-face sessions at my consulting room in
